One thing we like to do to our visitors is put them to work!
We went up to Greenbluff and picked strawberries. It was so so so pretty up there and the berries were HUGE! It was a little chilly when the sun went behind a cloud and the wind blew, but other than that is was perfect.
Even our youngest is trained to work - or no Cheerios for you!
We put them on our waffles and ice cream. Yum! We also made freezer jam with these babies! Anna Mae helped me make perogies too (which she didn't even get to try, darn it!) so now my freezer is full of jam and perogies - it doesn't get much better!
Mostly she just ate them.

What beautiful berries! I love how everyone knows how to pick them, even Lottie :)
Your kids make me excited for mine....especially a strawberry filled faced one.
