Blodgetts + Tippetts = Good Times

Ben and Kara came to Spokane for a visit! We were seriously pumped to have them come. These guys are really fun. (This brings the percentage of Blodgett cousins that have come to Spokane to a whopping 50%. So, C'mon RaeAnn, Brett and Danny - jump on the bandwagon!)

We forced Ben to make us his French Toast (I don't like french toast as a general rule, but his is amazing and I stuffed my face full.) And he taught me all sorts of cool cooking things.

We took them to Manito Park. It's what we do.

 Ben and Judy Gail were fast friends.

The main thing they wanted to do was to go to Silverwood for some roller coaster action.

I was surprised by how excited Sam was to see Garfield? 

 Kara painted Lottie's fingernails.

 Bumper boats. Classic.

 My boys are not really down with roller coasters, but they had a blast with this water shooting game - of course, Mitch was into it too!

Someone (who didn't get to go on the ride and had to stay with Lottie) paid the quarter and sprayed these suckers as they went by.

 See, they were a little wet afterwards. :)

Good times! Ruth and Judy Gail were rock stars on the big rides- seriously no fear! Ruth went with Mitch and I on the one that drops you! It was crazy.

I know I'm forgetting things, but it's been awhile. Anyway, we had a blast!
